Postcode module

This module provides postcode lookup capabilities. Out of the box it seeds an Australian postcode database but this could be exchanged with other country base solution providing the CSV format is correct.

Each postcode includes geospatial information which is then used with search to provide functionality like: "Show me all content within X kms of this postcode"
